CartFactory Reseller Program. We are very excited to offer our e-commerce solution
to you and your clients. |
CartFactory, Inc.'s Reseller Agreement is a standard Reseller Agreement
stating that the Reseller agrees to use and market CartFactory.com exclusively and gets
a discount based upon the number of accounts they have on an average monthly basis. Once
you sign up and receive a reseller number you can start setting up catalogs, reselling the
service and earning money.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
There are two ways to utilize the CartFactory Reseller Program.
EXAMPLE #1
You have clients that need a shopping cart solution. They would
like to have all the bells and whistles and yet do not have HTML knowledge. They would
like you to design, set-up AND MANAGE, a shopping cart solution. They
will handle tracking, orders or invoices in-house and do not want to/need to
MANAGE THEIR ORDERS on-line.
ANSWER: You can set up an account for them where you have access to manage
everything in their account. Then you create a "Manager" User Name for them to log in
with that gives them limited access to specific areas of the Web Site while allowing you to
maintain their look-and-feel. You then charge them for setting up their catalog. You
then enter in YOUR BILLING INFORMATION, to which they have no access, and CartFactory
bills you directly. You then bill the client. You would also be able to charge your
client for updates to their catalog.
EXAMPLE #2
You have clients that need a shopping cart solution. They would like to have all the
bells and whistles and yet do not have HTML knowledge. They would like you to design
and set-up their catalog, however THEY WANT TO MANAGE their orders.
ANSWER: You sign up to be a Reseller of CartFactory and sign them up under your
reseller account. CartFactory will bill you monthly for all your carts and you can bill
your user. Once the user is placed under your Reseller Account, you would set up a cart
just like we do here at CartFactory, inclusive of their billing information.
