| Q |
Do I need to have my own website? |
| A. |
Yes. When you sign up as a reseller, you are selling CartFactory, but
you are branding it as your own. If you don't have your own website, you won't look
professional and your potential clients will be wary of giving you their credit card numbers.
If you don't already have one, we recommend using your own domain name instead of just being a
virtual directory off your hosting company's domain.
If you need help with hosting, we can suggest some hosting solutions that will dovetail nicely
into the CartFactory system.

| Q |
I would like to include information about the cart (necessary in
order to make sales) what information from your site can I use? |
| A. |
Any information you want to use. Some of our resellers have gone as
far as copying the entire site and changing the graphics and layout to match their sites. No
problem, we want you to succeed.
We do insist that you do not base your site's layout too closely on ours or use any of our
graphics, however. Both are proprietary. But you'd want to create your own unique look
anyway, so that shouldn't be an issue.

| Q |
How do I handle user sign ups and logins? |
| A. |
In your reseller manager there's a section called 'Private Label'.
In that section select 'Auto Gateways'. This section will allow you to generate sign up,
login, and password lookup forms for your website.
It will ask you for some information about your website and then allow you to generate the
basic html code for that form. Copy this code and save it as an html file on the server
hosting your website. Then make whatever changes you want in order to make it match the
look and feel of your website.
Remember not to change or remove any of the form elements. If you do, the form may not
work.
If you are unfamiliar with working with HTML, let us know and we can help you.

| Q |
Will my users know that I'm actually a reseller? |
| A. |
Not if you don't tell them. Your clients will start off on your site
and return there when they sign out. They probably won't even realize that they're being
transferred off your site because we use a very generic-sounding domain name for all our
resellers' clients. When they're transferred off your site they'll go to secure.cartsvrs.com,
which is so nondescript that they won't realize that this isn't just the name of your secure
server.
The only way they'd know would be if they'd read this FAQ or did a whois on the domain name.
Though that is possible, it's not likely.

| Q |
If my users have problems with their accounts, who do they contact? |
| A. |
They contact you. In your reseller manager there's a section called
'Private Label'. Under that go to 'Tech. Support'. That's where you supply your technical
support email and phone number. These will be the contact information that is displayed for
your users.
If your users come up with problems you can't solve, simply contact us and we'll help you
find a solution. If you like we can even present ourselves as members of your tech
support department and contact them directly.

| Q |
Can I charge my users whatever I want? |
| A. |
Yes. Of course, you should keep in mind that you are competing
with all other eCommerce services on the market. You don't want to charge too much or your
clients will go elsewhere. You also have to remember that you will be charged for each
catalog your clients have. You don't want to be charging less than you're paying us.

charging you for your client's catalogs on the seventh day.

remember to factor that into your pricing structure.
